Advanced vacuum forming

Further development of traditional vacuum forming has resulted in more advanced forming methods with more options. The most used are High-pressure and Twin-sheet.

High-pressure forming results in a detailed item. It is particularly suitable when clear details or variations in the surface of the object, sharp radii or details such as logos are needed.

Twin-sheet forming is based on further development of the vacuum and High-pressure forming techniques. By using the Twin-sheet forming technique, we can produce hollow and rigid items from two plastic sheets which are shaped and welded together in one process.
